The whole cutting process as well as loading and unloading is managed by only one person who controls all movements of the machine from an immovable platform. The operator has an excellent view of the whole cutting process. This solution makes our machine the safest of all band saw machines. The band saw machine is equipped with a loading ramp, which enables storage of the input material and automatic feeding of a single log to the machine. Receiving belt together with a set of strippers allows maintenance-free collection of cut elements, which are automatically pushed by a head during retrace. Hydraulic log manoeuvring (jamming with a driver whose height can be regulated, two levelings, chain peevy, side resistance to rotate and set angle when cutting) is controlled by joysticks. The operator can smoothly control speed of a given operation and thanks to it, quickly and precisely position even the largest log. Automatic cutter together with saw running rolls cut precisely position even the largest log.wo levelings, furrows in the log to which it adjusts automatically. These elements together with a unique pneumatic saw tightening system considerably prolong band’s life. Laser indicating cutting line and cutting program selector with cutting head positioning system (accuracy +/- 0.2 mm) guarantee optimal log cut. Thanks to the above mentioned solutions our machine is even twice as efficient as typical band saw machine. If there is behind the machine a stacker connected with a multi-saw or edger or a person directly stacking the material into a drier, you will be able to cut one job.
